Took Took Prime is a restaurant located at 179 Phuket Hwy 4055, Pa Tong, Kathu District, Phuket 83150, Thailand. The data controller for personal information collected through this website is the restaurant management team, reachable at tooktookprime.mgr@gmail.com.

When you submit a reservation through this website we collect:

• First name and last name, to identify the reservation
• Email address, to send a confirmation and contact you if needed
• Phone number, for urgent contact about your booking
• Party size, date and time, to hold the table
• Optional notes you choose to share (allergies, occasion, halal-friendly seating, accessibility needs)

We do not collect government IDs, payment card details, or browsing data linked to your identity. Payment is handled at the restaurant on the day of your visit.

Your reservation details are used solely to prepare your table, confirm your booking and contact you if there is a change to your reservation. We do not use this data to send marketing emails, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

Reservation form submissions are transmitted via Resend (resend.com, a transactional email provider) and delivered to a single management inbox at tooktookprime.mgr@gmail.com. The data does not persist in any external database; it lives only in our email inbox and any internal notes the floor team writes for the day of service.

We keep reservation emails for up to 30 days after the date of your booking, in case we need to follow up on the visit. After 30 days the email is deleted from the inbox. Aggregate, anonymised website analytics are kept indefinitely.

We use the following services to understand how guests use our website. None of them are used for advertising:

• Google Analytics 4 — anonymised traffic statistics (which pages are viewed, from which country, on which device). IP addresses are truncated before storage.
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymised session replays and heatmaps. Clarity does not record personally identifiable information; sensitive form fields are masked.

• Correct any inaccurate or out-of-date information
• Erase your data ahead of the 30-day retention window

This website is intended for an adult audience choosing a restaurant. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us and we will erase it.

When we update this policy we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. For any significant change affecting your rights we will note the change at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
